When I call with an access number and try to enter my PIN, why is it not working?

You can only dial out with your PIN after you charge money on your credit card. You can use your free credit to call from a phone your entered as one of your contacts to one of the numbers you enter as one your numbers you call to. That is the best and easiest way to call. If you want to call in the old fashioned way, you can only do it after you charge money with your credit card.
