Why not focus and try to win the third Zenofon referral contest.

Zenofon is giving away $649.999,999 ($649 dollars and 99.9999 cents) to the people who win the Zenofon referral contest giveaway over the next month, starting March 15th at 12 AM est.

Below are the terms and conditions which Zenofon LLC reserves the right to modify at our sole discretion:

1) Zenofon gives out recurring referral fees when you refer new people, and when those people refer new people, and when those people call for the first time or purchase minutes.
The person who earns the most commission fees from 12:00:00am E.S.T. March 15th, 2010 until 11:59:59 pm E.S.T. April 14th wins the contest.

2) The person who earns the most commission wins the contest and gets $250 dollars, the second runner-up gets $125, the third runner-up gets $62.50. The fourth runner-up gets half of $62.50, etc.,. Even the person who comes in 50th place will earn something, although the figure will be extremely small.

3) Additionally, as a bonus, Zenofon is giving the 10th place winner $10, the person in 20th place $20 , the person in 30th place $30, the person in 40th place $40 and the person in 50th place $50 to split with everyone who referred him. Everyone is eligible to split the funds or win this bonus money, including previous contests winners, and employees of Zenofon, including even “patient zero”.

4) Contest award will be paid via PayPal or check by May 1, 2010, to the registered Zenofon user address in U.S. Dollars.

5) All contest award payouts can be withheld at our discretion if we suspect fraud or shenanigans. The decision of Zenofon will be final

6) The contest is void where prohibited by law, and any taxes if any shall be the sole responsibility of the contest winner.

7) The contest may be terminated at any time.

8- This contest is open to Zenophytes (Zenofon members) in good standing at the time of the termination of this contest.

9) Zenofon will be posting updates on who has referred the most people in the Zenofon.com/news page and/or on the Zenofon.com facebook page. These updates are meant for reference purpose only and may contain numerical errors. If an error was made, Zenofon is under no contractual obligation to pay out the figure written in error and can adjust the numbers at any time.

10) You must be 18 years or older to participate in the contest.

11) Employees of Zenofon LLC and members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate in any Zenofon LLC commission contest.

12) Within 7 days of the conclusion of the contest, Zenofon will credit the account of the contest winners. The winning prize can be transferred for phone credit or be used to request a check when the commission account owed is greater than $75.
