Zenofon increases referral fee Zenofon members get when someone they refer makes their first call.
April 22nd, 2010
Zenofon, the rising telecom start-up out of Brooklyn, NY, announced today a new incentive for its 22,000 members to convince their friends and relatives to try out Zenofon’s service. When Zenofon members refer a friend who then goes on to make a test call on Zenofon, the proprietary Zenofon software will generate a 49.5 cent credit to the referrers account. At the same time, Zenofon’s server will generate a commission that divides by 50% for each referrer up the line from the person who referred that person.
This promotion is for a short undetermined time only. It can change at any time. Zenofon also reserves the right to reverse the commission of people who they feel are abusing the system, to generate false leads through the Zenofon system.
The other Zenofon referral fees have not changed. Zenofon still pays a total 10% recurring commissions when someone you refer recharges minutes with Zenofon. Zenofon also gives an additional 10% split up amongst everyone who referred that person.
Additionally, Zenofon gives away 1 cent when someone you refer, confirms their email address, and becomes a member.
